Got 500 Internal Server Error When Trying to Log In With Apple ID?

If you are getting 500 internal server error when trying to log in with Apple ID, this could happen if you started the TFX sign up process, but didn’t finish it. Due to the Apple security policy, your email data could not be transferred to TFX twice. You need to withdraw authorizations for TFX on your Apple ID page and then sign up again.

Here’s how:

1. Sign in to your Apple ID account., then click the Manage… link under APPLICATIONS AND SITES USING APPLE ID

2. Click Taxes for Expats in Apps & Websites Using Apple ID pop-up.

3. Click Stop Using Apple ID button.

Now please navigate to TFX main page and register with your Apple ID again.
