I’ve received an error message! What do I do?
Please help us to resolve an issue as soon as possible. To do that:
1. Please take a screenshot. This page explains how to take a screenshot on any system.
2. Click on Your Name in the top right corner of the screen, then click on Report Issue.
3. Describe the situation, so that we have enough information to help you resolve it.
4. Use either of these two methods to upload your screenshot to TFX:
- Drag and drop your chosen files into the dedicated upload area, OR
- Click Drop files here to upload button.
5. Click Send to report your issue.
