Encountering an error can be frustrating, but we are here to help! This guide outlines simple troubleshooting steps you can try before reaching out to our Customer Success team. If the issue persists, you can report it to help our IT team in diagnosing and fixing the problem, allowing you to continue using our service smoothly.

First, you can try a few basic troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue:

  1. Refresh the page: Sometimes, errors occur due to temporary loading issues.

    • Press Ctrl + R (Windows) or Cmd + R (Mac) to refresh the page.

  2. Clear your browser cache: Stored browser data can sometimes conflict with new updates or features.

  3. Switch browsers: Some features may work better in specific browsers.

    • Try logging in to your TFX account using an alternative browser (e.g., Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari) to see if it is a browser-specific issue.

If that doesn't work, collect information about the error and submit a report:

  1. Take a screenshot of an error message. This page explains how to take a screenshot on any system.

  2. Click the (?) icon in the top right corner of your TFX account, then click Report bug.

  3. Provide additional details such as the steps you took leading up to the error and any other relevant information.

  4. Use either of these two methods to upload your screenshot to TFX:

    • Drag and drop your chosen files into the dedicated upload area.

    • Click on the Drop files here to upload box.

  5. Click Send.

  6. Our IT team will review your report, and we will get back to you with the results.
