Online chat conversations/sessions, either with Kelly (our AI agent) or our Customer Support team, are saved automatically in your TFX account for your reference.
To download a chat transcript:
Click the (?) button in the bottom-right corner of your TFX account.
Click Messages.
Open the conversation you want to download.
Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the chat window.
Select Download transcript.
The transcript will download to your device as a .txt file.
