New clients can now receive a $50 credit by applying a promo code during the sign-up process.
How it works:
- While browsing our website, visitors may see a pop-up with an offer to save $50 on their first tax filings with TFX. 
- Enter your email address and we will email you a unique promo code. 
- Use this code during sign-up to instantly receive a $50 credit toward TFX services. 
- Click Get started in the right top corner of our website. 
- Select your sign-up method. 
- On the page where we ask for your first and last name, click "Have a promo code? Click here". 
- Enter the promo code we emailed you and click Confirm. 
- Click Create account after the promo code is accepted. 
- Finish the sign-up process. 
- Navigate to Bills & payments > Payment > Tax year. You will see the automatically applied $50 credit. 
โ Important notes:
- Existing (i.e., returning) clients are not eligible for this offer but are eligible for our Early Bird bonus program. 
- New clients (who have never used our services) who forgot to enter the promo code during registration can forward the email with the promo code to success@tfx.tax and request a $50 credit to be manually applied to their profile. 
- Administrators can remove incorrectly applied promo codes if necessary. 
- If you see a warning message: "Invalid promo code", please double-check the email we sent you. Simply copy and paste the code without spaces.
