How to add TFX to your contact list

During the tax preparation process, you will frequently correspond with the TFX team via email. Some email providers use a contact list to help identify trusted senders, so adding the TFX's email addresses to your contacts ensures that any critical emails from us won't accidentally be marked as spam or sent to your junk folder. It is a simple step that can save you time and hassle in the long run.

Please add email addresses with domains and, as well as your tax preparer's email address ( to your contact list.


To add TFX to your Google contacts, open our email, hover the cursor over the sender name and click Add to contacts.

Or add contacts manually:

  1. Click the Mail link at the top left and select Contacts.

  2. Click the Add contacts icon, enter the emails you wish to add separated by commas and click Add.


To add TFX to your Yahoo contacts:

  1. Click the Contacts icon on the menu at the top of the page.

  2. Click New Contact, enter the contact's info and click Save.


To add TFX to your Outlook contacts:

  1. Open our email, right-click on the sender name and select Add to Outlook Contacts.

  2. Enter any details you want for the contact and click Add.

Or open the list of contacts directly and add contacts manually:

  1. Click the People icon at the bottom of the screen.

  2. From the File menu, select New Contact or press Ctrl+N, then enter any details you want to add for the contact.

  3. To avoid repeating the entire process for each contact, click Save & New to create another contact immediately. Once all contacts have been entered, click Save & Close.
