Phone number verification is essential for confirming your identity during suspicious login attempts and is a requirement for two-factor authentication (2FA) to access your TFX account. Moreover, we use SMS and WhatsApp reminders to inform you about filing deadlines if email communication is not working. Once registered, you can verify, update, or add an extra phone number in your Account settings whenever necessary.
If you have not yet added a phone number to your TFX account, you can do it on the Home page by entering a number and clicking :
To verify your phone number:
On the Home page navigate to the banner 'Increase account security by verifying phone number' and click the Get code by SMS button.
Alternatively, navigate to Account settings, then scroll down to the Phone & SMS section. Add a phone number and click Save changes at the bottom of the page. After that, click the Verify by SMS button located under the unverified phone number.
Enter the PIN code sent by SMS and click Submit.
Note: if you didn't receive the PIN code, you can click the Didn't receive PIN code link and select one of the options:
Once your phone number has been verified, on the Account settings page the red NOT VERIFIED sign will become a green VERIFIED one.
❗ Important note: whenever you make changes to a phone number, the system will prompt you to re-verify it.
