How to extract specific pages from a PDF file

If you need to extract specific pages from a PDF document, you have several options available:

  • Using Adobe Acrobat Reader software (Windows, Mac OS):

    1. Open the PDF file with Adobe Reader.

    2. Go to File > Print and select Microsoft Print to PDF in the drop-down menu as the name of a printer.

    3. Select the desired print range and click OK.

    4. Choose a folder to save the new file and click Save.

  • Using Chrome browser (Windows, Mac OS, Linux):

    1. Open a PDF file in Chrome.

    2. Click the Print icon in the top right corner and select Microsoft Print to PDF in the drop-down menu as the Destination.

    3. Select Custom pages and click Print.

    4. Choose a folder to save the new file and click Save.

  • Using an online tool like Small PDF:

    1. Visit the Small PDF website.

    2. Utilize their user-friendly online interface to extract pages or split your PDF files.
