If you have forgotten your password, don't worry!
To reset your password:
Go to the login page and click the Forgot password? link.
Enter your registered email address and click Reset password.
You will receive an email with a password reset link.
Find the email in your Inbox and click the Reset password button in the message.
Note: the link expires in one hour. If clicking it doesn't seem to work, you can copy and paste the link into your browser directly.
Create a new password for your TFX account with at least eight characters, one capital letter, and one number. Then click the Update my password button.
Once you have reset your password, you will be logged in to your account with your new password.
❗ Important notes:
After five consecutive attempts to log in with an incorrect password, your TFX account will be blocked for one hour. This is a security measure to prevent unauthorized access to your account. You can simply reset your password to override the one-hour block.
